period hot flashes?
Hey ladies, so I'm not anywhere close to menopause, as a matter of fact, I'm trying 21 in a week, but whenever I get my period I go through phases of having hot flashes and I just can not get comfortable. I have the coldest room in my house and have my fan on constantly, but I could sit here sweating and then have goosebumps from being cold the next minute.
I was just curious if this is normal for anyone else?
