crush on my coworker 😫

I work at a summer camp and one of the other counselors is so cute and I have a huge crush on him, but bc we are always with up to ten kids each there is hardly any time to talk without me being like super forward and obvious and I'm not super into that, Im shy and sooo bad at flirting, so any advice would be great. I've been wanting a summer relationship and this guy is so amazing and good with kids and just... gah. Help.
