Kind of a weird question, but it seems like my baby has trouble getting a deeper latch on my right side (seems like she has a small mouth and has more trouble on my right than my left). My right nipple is now bruised/sore feeling and burns/itches. It also looks swollen way more than it used to. It's only on my right side and my baby is only 16 days old so I don't know if it's thrush or just irritation/injury from her shallow latch. Pumping seemed to aggravate it more. It's a little pink but only where the areola was being pulled by the pump. Any advice or opinions would be much appreciated. Thanks!
