Started feeling bathroom pains around midnight, entering into the 29th. The day before at noon I started having hip pains that I dismissed due to a history of a bad back. I went to the bathroom several times, the first time resulting in blood streaked mucus. Bounced on my exercise ball but nothing good enough to count so I got in bed and felt my first strong contraction. Once the second strong one came, we went to the hospital. 18 hour labor. 8 minutes of pushing.
