please help me 😭

I feel like something very bad is going to happen. I've been crying for hours and i can't think of anything to tell myself to calm down. All week I've been feeling like something bad is going to happen to my boyfriend. I've learned over time that I can't trust that these feelings mean anything because I've always had them but I still just can't calm down. I've been throwing up and sweating and I can't stop crying. If anyone truly has an anxiety disorder and doesn't just claim it, how do you help yourself without medicine?
