So I had my baby 12 weeks ago and I have been bleeding ever since with the exception of 2 weeks, but I was still spotting. The doctor confirmed I started my period but it never stopped. She put me on birth control with no luck so upped my dose and still no luck. Well just got my test results and

Lh: 0.2

What could this mean? I know these are low numbers but how low are they and what could it be? I'm very worried as is my doctor because she's worried I won't be able to have more children
