Ovaries in ultrasound

I don't really know which forum this belongs in. I had a transvaginal ultrasound yesterday. I was watching the screen and my right ovary looked like two or three circles. She marked them and measured them and whispered something about "worse" but I couldn't understand. So she started digging around looking for the left one and I had to push on my stomach for what seemed like forever before it appeared. It was just one big circle. I'm really worried about it. The office called and said my IUD was in the right place but I can't stop thinking about the differences in my ovaries. Does anyone know why one was harder to find and they looked so different?
