Well it's not how much you BD but when... So if you know you're going to ovulate tomorrow, you should BD tonight. The sperm can live for a few days, I'm sure you know, so there might be some waiting for that egg already. But I would still have sex for another day or two. I guess it's difficult to know either way, though... Without a little Fallopian spy cam, that is.

Do you use opk's? Glow only guesses when your fertile windows by averages. Using cm & opk's allow you to know when you are actually ovulating, that way you know when's the most important time to bd.
