how to speed this up. 😒

I have been having contractions for 3 days. They will get pretty regular but then get irregular. They are painful. Lots of back and hip pain with it. But I'm dilated to almost a 4 and not progressing past that. So got sent home. After getting home I lost huge quarter size chunk of my mucus plug and since then I constantly lose pieces of the mucus plug. There was a hint of some blood but not enough to be a bloody show. I'm getting real tired of this. I want to speed things up. It's slowly not getting anywhere. And painful.
