Any one have nightmares

So last night I had nightmares not ok me but 2 nightmares that I miscarried and I'm 9w4d I was so terrified l laid in my bed for at least 2 hours and fell back asleep finally and didn't have another after that thank God it's scar uhh since I miscarried before this pregnancy
