Tonsil Stones??

So I've never had this problem before but this last few or several months I'll spit out a tonsil stone. Well today I had to spit one out and I've never looked before but today I did after I spat it out and I had a pocket with a tonsil stone in it, I pushed it out, then another one came up, pushed it out and another one came up. I just pulled like 10 tonsil stones out of my throat and I don't know if I should be worried or not. Are they just a minor thing and deal with it or could it be a major thing?
