Yes, it's often a common symptom of shock or grief. I feel sick as soon as I found out, like my stomach dropped. I wanted to throw up, I refused to eat, and just felt like I couldn't breathe. 
I'm so sorry you're going through this, I've miscarried 3 times, and it never gets easier. But you will get through this and find happiness again
