9 weeks after delivery

Showed up within time limit and is pink. Do you see it? Could it be leftover hcg or do you think I'm pregnant? Getting blood work later tn. Took a second test - clear blue- and was negative. Now I'm really confused. Don't know how ones positive and the other isnt. Dr just called. Hcg was negative. Don't know how I got a positive if I'm not. Actually kind of upset about it lol.
