Trigger shot!?

This is my second month of taking letrozole and receiving a trigger shot and last month I took pregnancy tests to see when it left my body and by 9dpo/trigger I got a negative. Well I've been feeling really off lately. Very tired, nauseous everytime I eat, and constantly thirsty. I've been spotting since 7 dpo.  am 10dpo/trigger and I took a test just now and this is what I got. Do you think it's still left over from the shot or the start of my actual BFP!? This was taken at 2 minutes. Not the full 3 min because I had to leave
