Looking for a natural way to make my cycle more regular so we can start TTC. Hoping to hear some good things about trying this!

Vitex isn't recommendet for all woman! Vitex can do the trick if your cycle is irregular, to long, to heavy. It all depends Which issue you've got.

My cycles were pretty regular, but long. Thought it might shorten them up/reduce PMS. It helped a bit with PMS symptoms (less cramping), but made my cycles get even longer! Worth a shot if you're having really irregular cycles though.
