39+2 lost mucas plug

My last appointment was 3 days ago, and I was only 1cm which made me really disappointed lol I was having horrible "lightening" pains thinking those were contractions.. sadly I was wrong. Today I went to the bathroom and as I was already flushing I happened to look down into swirling water and I'm almost positive I watched my mucas plug be sucked away. That was early this afternoon. No contractions though 😩but today I just feel off and sick. It's my fun I do now want to be sick for the big push. I'm hoping it's just my body getting everything ready! Because I'm miserable lol any inputs on when you lost your mucas plug to how long before labor? I know we're all different
