At a loss....

My best friend was diagnosed with ALS today and I don't know much about it. I do know that she will be needing alot of help in the coming months as it is progressing quickly. Does anyone have any advice on how I can help make her remaining time on this Earth more pleasant?? Any information from someone with experience with the disease would be greatly appreciated. And lots of prayers for her and her family too!!
