UPDATE: even though I didn't continue bleeding and had no other symptoms, we confirmed that we lost our little nugget. I went in for an US and we could not see the baby. After some blood work my HCG was only 300. We are shattered and heartbroken. After seeing my little nuggets heartbeat last time, I was sure he was going to be OK. We will start the process for another transfer again, as soon as I am ready. Best of luck to you ladies. Thanks for the support

Today I woke up from a nap and when I went to the bathroom, I realized that I was bleeding heavily. I had no cramps or pain prior so I was really scared. I called my doctor who suggested I go to the ER. I was passing some clots (like really big ones-tmi) and truly thought this was the demise of my little nugget. After a ton of blood work and a few ultrasounds, the doctor told us that our baby was doing just fine. The heart beat was 129 (I'm 6 weeks today) and my HCG is in the 20 thousands. The doctors couldn't tell me why this is happening but have put me on bed rest for 3 days. Has this happened to anyone? Please keep my hubby and I in your prayers this weekend. I don't want to lose hope but I am so frightened!
