What are your thoughts or beliefs if you have any?

Answer

I don't believe in an afterlife. Not for people and not for animals. When you die, you're dead.

I believe in science. And as of right now, there is no scientific evidence to support an afterlife. If, in the future, there is - then I will gladly change my opinion. As a huge biology nerd - all "you" are is a series of incredibly complex chemical reactions. When you die, those chemical reactions cease (so you would also cease). All those chemicals that created you, eventually break down into other things and basically get recycled by the universe 🤷🏻‍♀️ some people may find that depressing, but I find it fascinating and amazing.
