Knock off plan b as regular birth control

Ladies I know Imma get chewed out but I've been using the plan b the knock off version from cvs like twice a month for a long time now like 6 months and I'm starting to get worried bc my breast have been sore for weeks I've been bleeding extremely light for about 4 days now and I have a burning sensation down their what's going on my period is in like 10 days! The reason I take the plan b is bc I've had lots of accidents and I'm already looking into birth control bc I know I can't be using this to often
