Do You Use Sugar/Salt Body Scrub on a Regular Basis?

You should never use them everyday. Im a licesnsed Aesthetician. Sugar/salt scrubs are to get rid of dead skin cells and to clear yours pores of dead skin. You only shed skin about every 6 to 7days the older you get the more faster you get dead skin. If you do it everyday or every other day you will end up rubbing your new skin raw and causing it to be to sensitive and causing skin irritation issues. And from my personal opinion I wouldn't use salt scrubs if you have any open wounds or razer burn or anything it will burn just like any other time you use salt on a open wound and the salt cuts your skin it's not as smooth as the sugar.

My friend sent me a salt body scrub as a gift and it has been a godsend!

After doing my research I learned that sugar scrubs are better for sensitive/dry skin so I went to Ulta and grabbed "Tree Hut Moroccan Rose Shea Sugar Scrub."

I am going to try and get in the habit of using this 2-3 days a week, depending. I used it tonight and my skin feels amazing!

Have any of you been on it about exfoliating your body? I have always been good about my face...
