Is talking/texting someone cheating!?

My boyfriend and I have been together for 2 years and I don't think he is physically cheating on me considering we spend almost every moment together we just had a baby together he is 2 months. But I see him texting other girls all the time 2 in particular. So would you consider texting cheating ? Or am I being possessive ?

It really depends on the person like if he's texting inappropriate things hiding things or lying about it yes in my eyes but in my relationship we don't text opposite sex unless we are fully comfortable with it but everyone is different

In one of the comments yo unsaid e was exchanging nude photos. That's obvious cheating.

If a guy is in a relationship he shouldn't be messaging a girl sexually, flirting with another girl, sleeping with another girl, ect. Cheating can be physical and emotional.

My hubby's frequent communication with another female led to a full blown nasty emotional affair that lasted for 18 months.  Lies, secrets, hiding, etc.  It was devastating, but we worked through that.  They no longer communicate.

He still communicates/texts with other female friends but all of that is out in the open, not constantly, and/or as group texts, so context is much different with these relationships, and appropriate.  No issues or uneasiness for me.  I am friends with them as well.

So it depends I think.  I'm all for talking this out in a collaborative and non-accusatory tone and letting him know how you feel and hearing his side too.  You will know if something is up or not.  If he can't dial it back, then you know there is an issue because he should respect a reasonable request and your feelings.  You are his wife, and one way to make you feel secure and cherished is to guard the exclusive nature of your marriage.  He really doesn't need to be communicating with other females that are not his relatives with such frequency...it doesn't add anything positive to your marriage.

After what happened, we really don't have any opposite sex friends that are not friends with our spouse and advocates of our marriage.  Not going down that road again!

Depends on the content and the frequency. Does he hide it from you? What do they talk about? Do you know these girls personally? Does he chat with them on other outlets aside from texting (I.e. Snapchat, IG, etc,)? Does he let you see what they say? Does he delete anything they send or he sends?

so wat did u do cuz im goin threw the same thin i text diffrent dudes n they were friends from high school bt i didnt think anythin of it cuz im always wit my man bt we broke up cuz of it bt he forgave me " I THINK " bt a month later i found out he been doin the same thing.....so am i wrong for feelin hurt or is it krama bitin me in the ass bt i cant be honest wit him cuz i dont want my feelin hurt or to lose him

If they're friends, no. Hes allowed to have female friends. If they're new or something odd, that's different. Just ask him .
