Preparing for Natural Birth after VBAC
I love this group. My first was born through C-Section (labor not progressing after 13 hours and I was just 1cm dilated. My OB also seemed to be in a hurry to get it done with). I would love for my second to be born naturally. Please share your experiences on how you prepared for a natural birth after VBAC.
Is there anything I can do to bolster my chances of having a VBAC?
