anybody else can't stand sleeping in a hot room??
so my room is so hot we have our air conditioner on but my mom is so dumb that she doesn't want to put it colder because she's 89 ) 😒 43 . I cant sleep in a hot environment because my anxiety disorder acts up and i panic and can't breathe .ugh fuck summer
