In order to "stop disability abuse" my state has discontinued partial disability. So if you're disabled but not home bound. Can work only 2-3 days of physical work (the only work available without certificate or degree) and can't get disability to help me survive in order to get the certificate that I want that will allow me to get off of disability and work full time.

I don't get it. So people that can't work full time because of disabilities now have to quit and rely entirely on the state. How does that stop abuse? Abusers aren't doing part time disability they're the ones living entirely on the government's dime (not all that need full disability are abusers, but I'm pretty darn sure all abusers do full time disability)
