How many women out there ever wonder how long it takes the embryo to burrow itself in the lining of the uterus? We all have heard it takes 6-12 days to implant after ovulation but the actual time it takes burrow itself. Well there is not much out there but I found a link that was very helpful.  It gave me an idea of why some of us don't get BFP until after 9 DPO. Hope this helps as it helped me a bit.
