Have you used OPKs all month? It's possible, if you only went by Glow, that your ovulation is off this cycle.

I actually had that cm in the early stage of my pregnancy and still get it now. I didn't get a positive until 8 days after my missed af. So just give it time is she comes she comes if not test again.
