ingrown toenail?

So I went and got my nails done as well as a pedicure and I had a small ingrown toenail that was painful at first but I got it out and everything was fine. Well today while getting my pedicure she starts digging in my toenail and now it hurts really bad and it's swollen! Does this look infected!?

No but you should get that fixed before it gets worse and end up going to the er to remove it lol

You can try the peroxide, but it'll only affect certain types of bacteria, SO if the redness continues or worsens, go get it checked by your doctor. Some nail salons don't sterilize their tools like they should and you can pick up something nasty.

Make an appointment with a podiatrist and get it surgically removed. Also, if you let your nails grow a bit longer they will not ingrow as easily. I speak from experience.

It looks fine to me. You can put hydrogen peroxide on it if you think it's infected. It will fizz up and turn white. That's normal just do that twice a day until it feels better,
