Sperm meets egg?

Hi. So I've been reading about using the sperm meets egg method. But I'm confused about when to start the method. I know your supposed to use opks during the week but I only have one. So I thought I could just gage ovulation using glow for now. Since your supposed to have sex everyother day, Do I start day one on the first day glow says is peak time or do I start the day before? Is it better to have sex on the highest percent day or the day before, when using this method?
