Hello all, 
I'm 5"0', 207 lbs (I don't look as heavy as I am) but I am extremely uncomfortable. I recently started making much smarter food choices along with working out... I'm on my feet all day for work and always moving... I feel very stuck at the moment as I am not seeing any progress. Wondering if anyone has any tips for working out, meal prep or dieting!
