scaring and one kidney. ADVISE?

I have only one kidney, I had it removed when I was 3 due to cancer. I have also had a bowel obstruction and have a large scar that runs horizontally about 3 cm above my belly button from one side of my stomach to the other and literally separated my stomach in half.

I have had no problems since I was little and healthy and active. I'm a size 8 AUS.

Just curious if anyone else has had a similar situation with missing organs and scars and if they were considered high risk during pregnancy and possibly develop diabetes.

I'm not pregnant but just planing for the future.

Any advise would be appreciated.
