next step

Re
So we are planning to hand in my husbands SA later this week. The last time I was at the GYN (a few months ago...maybe March or so) my dr said he wasn't going to put me in the box of having PCOS just yet. I got blood work done to check my levels and also some three hour glucose test. My testosterone was a bit high, but nothing to be concerned about and my periods were super regular. Well, since then my periods have gotten longer each month, I haven't been able to use OPKs, and...so embarrassing...but my facial hair is out of control. I have to remove the hair on my chin and upper lip every single morning. Obviously I am not a doctor but I just have a feeling that the problem is on my side.  My question is, to anyone who has gone through this before, what happens after this? I am just curious what to expect and what could happen from here.
