Should I take her to the hospital?

Ok it's Sunday( so her regular doc is closed ), my 10 month old is STILL not getting any better . I took her to the doc 3 days ago and told her everything . It's been more hen a week and she's had a fever which isn't going away. She hasn't eaten anything , just drinks a little bit of her milk ( which she throws up sometimes ) because of her sore throat. Now she started coughing like crazy . And this has been going on for a more then a week I'm not even exaggerating. I haven't been able to get any sleep because she is not sleeping anymore thru the night . 
The doc gave her medicine ( antibiotics, allergy syrup and Tylenol ) first of all she barely gets them down her throat because everytime I put it she spits the meds no matter which it is. I hold down her hands and all just to get at least some inside her . But she's worse then she was 2-3 days ago even tho she's getting med. I'm so cranky, sleepy, tired, exhausted, worried and pregnant. Any advice

Def go-to ER or,urgent care...she has to be dehydrated from fever and lack of keeping fluids down which is very dangerous. For meds get a dropper and put it on the inside of her cheek in the back and squirt...typically they swallow from,reflex and don't have time to spit out...also cool baths can help bring temp down.... Def go to some type of emergency care asap

If a fever has lasted that long and she has a sore throat, is it strep? Definitely take her to an urgent care or ER.

Yes i def would. She needs help and she needs to eat. I also recommend a humidifier for the sore throat.
