what is up with the runny nose and plugged ears?

I'm constantly blowing my nose and popping my ears. Every time I lay down, I can't breathe through my nose. Whenever I eat, my ears feel plugged up. I never get colds and am minimally allergic to nature, so I'm attributing it to pregnancy. Anyone else? 15w2d over here.

I'm going through the same thing! My doctor said it's very common during pregnancy to feel congested. I'm 17 weeks and it's not fun how much I have been blowing my nose. Not to mention the ringing/popping ears and pressure in my head like I have a bad cold 😑

Yes! Mine is the worst in the morning. I can't start the day without a hot shower and a lot of nose blowing and that helps clear things out for the day
