how do you live through the morning sickness?
Do you ladies have any ricks for just working through the nausea and vomiting?
I think it's driving me nuts! For the most part, I've learned that (for me) it's mostly just an underlying constant sense of nausea for me that turns into vomiting when I don't eater if I start to get hungry. Of course, my new hunger signal is... More nausea. It's all very confusing.
I've tried the ginger candy, the small meals, the crackers and bland foods... All of it works-- some times.
Like today, I want to go buy a sports bra because I can't stand my boobs hurting any more but I'm actually afraid to leave the house because what if I spontaneously throw up? Either in my car, or in the store? I keep plastic bags in my purse and in. My car, but I'm curious. How do you all handle it?
