When pmsing?

What do you do? I feel grumpy today and irritable but I stay quiet so as not to upset people I'm close to. and my period is 4days late. My boyfriend keeps asking what is wrong. And I've told him I think it's pmsing and that's why I'm quiet. What do you do? Do you feel like your pmsing? Or do others usually tell you to chill?

i cry a lot! and im moody and mean so i try to lay low until af starts...then im normal again lol

I stay quiet to. And my bf is used to it by now. He knows when I'm pmsing and he's super careful with what he does and says around that time.  With other people however, I don't tell them that kind of information I just act grumpy. What seems to help is if I satisfy my cravings for chocolate etc (I'm on a diet) it makes me less grumpy.

Oh I feel it. I get so bitchy i don't even like to be around myself. But that's not very often. Most times I don't get moody but definitely get bloated and blah every month.
