Blood clot?

I'm wondering if implantation bleeding would have blood clots or tissue and also...if I see brown discharge...and I have to wear a pad because its more than a tiny couple of drops does that mean I'm pregnant?...please help I will be taking a test but I also would like u guys straight up truth. I'm really hoping I'm not pregnant.
