Complaining friends. Thoughts??

My one friend complains constantly. Not too long ago over summer break she complained that her job worked her 65+ hours a week, yet never corrected her schedule or talked to someone about it. You can't be forced to work that many hours considering it was only her part time job and she's a student throughout the year. More recently, she's taking grad classes and the one main teacher is very lenient and lets people hand in work late and all she does is complain. I get it's annoying, but I feel like she needs to worry about herself. Those are just two examples but she complains a lot and can be very hypocritical I feel. Thoughts??
