pregnancy depression?

Anyone else struggling with mood swings? I have never had any issues with mood swings/depression and have always been very level headed, but lately (25 weeks) I feel crazy. My husband left to go help a friend move and I was genuinely upset- I realize it's irrational but I can't stop it. Anyone have tips to ride out the crazy?

I don't have any tips but it's definitely a roller coaster.  I have 0 patience and get irritated over literally nothing. I'm usually the calmest, level headed person and I can't just go with the flow for anything. It actually makes me feel awful bc my kids (I'm a SAHM) get the brunt and it feels so unfair that their little innocent selves have to deal with this version of me. I'm really looking forward to getting back to feeling more rational and easy going.  Good luck with everything.  It will pass but it's really hard in the moment
