Is there anyway after my boyfriend and I  only having sex both of us protected 3 days ago, that me having an upset stomach and diarrhea now, could be a sign of early pregnancy. I wasn't sick when I woke up, I started having diarrhea yesterday around 5pm when I was at work, and I had a little more late last night around 11, then I started having a gasey upset stomach at 11am this morning, and I haven't physically had diarrhea yet today. I took Imodium last night before bed and some pepto bismol at 3pm today. I may just be worrying for no reason, I also just came back from New York eating a lot of different things, so maybe I'm just having issues from my trip. I just need someone's opinion.
