Over active bladder? Possible tmi

Over the last few months I have been having symptoms of a UTI but it always goes away and it's worse the second half of my cycle. It's driving be crazy. I have to pee right away and then I sit there pushing out urine. It's like my bladder is having spasms. It's not exactly painful just really uncomfortable like there is something stuck in the way. Anyone else have this issue? Or any insight as to what is going on? Thanks
