I love these and drink like one a day! Are these okay while pregnant?!

I think they're probably okay to have but maybe cut down a bit, as with all caffeine drinks x

I wouldn't worry so much about caffeine as everyone freaks out about, seriously. My mom, grandma, sisters, husbands mom, husbands nana, husbands aunts, ect. All drank caffeine while pregnant and not one medical concern came from their babies. My doctor told me one cup of any type of coffee a day is perfectly fine! I wouldn't freak out so much about it.

They are fine just keep it at 1 a day and make sure you drink plenty of water. No more sugary or caffienated drinks for a while that day prefer no more at all bc they are high in caffeine and sugar.

I'm just check the caffeine content and make sure it has a safe amount :) if not I'd just cut down and make them your little treat once or twice a week :)

I like these too. My doctor said they are just fine OCCASIONALLY. I don't think I would do one a day! That's a bit much. But when you really want one ever now and then it won't hurt. Just a litte caffeine. Like the woman who can't give up there morning coffee. But don't over do it!!
