Milia Help??

So basically I've had these white bumps all over my face for about two years now, they're called milia. I've tried every kind of face wash, scrub, everything. But nothing helps. I took this after trying to use a needle and extractor. Does anyone have any tips on how to remove these? I'm desperate and definitely way too broke to get them lazered off

I got rid of a few around my eye by carefully breaking the tops of them with a needle. I would stick it in a tiny bit and break the top off. It never came back and I switched to a lighter weight moisturizer.

I think milia can be caused by irritation and over scrubbing. 
Switch to a calming wash/moisturizer? Aveeno has some good ones. And do a clay facial every once and a while to keep up with exfoliation and clean pores 💕

I am 26 years old and I’ve had milia around my eyes since I can remember. I’ve tried EVERYTHING to get rid of them - lighter moisturizers, retinol creams, exfoliators, laser treatments, etc. And no matter what I do they are always there, and even when some do eventually surface they always come back. 
I feel your pain! If you find anything that really works for you I’d love to know about it :)

Okay NOW I see what you're talking about. 
I had one under my eye when I was like 16. It was just one and I was like what the hell is this. It was tiny and at first I thought it was a pimple but It didn't go away. 
I went to the doctor and he was like "pop it yourself" and I was like OK DAMN. 
So I tried and failed. It took me a couple tries and serious determination to pop it. 
Its not like a pimple. It's hard and has to be pulled out of the skin. I broke the skin with a needle and pulled it out with tweezers. It healed and never came back and left a tiny hole in my skin for a few days. I didn't know it had a name, my doctor didn't even tell me he was like just "dude. Go home and do it yourself" 🙄
