My Self Care Routine

Sometimes I feel like I'm not worth taking care of myself. Then I remind myself that even the small things matter. Washing my hair, Brushing my teeth, wearing lotion, chapstick... that is a struggle sometimes. But I am worth it. Now that my depression is a chapter behind me, I'm going to make those my habits. My new self care and way to treat myself will be a foot soak nightly and washing my face with this amazing wash... maybe a monthly mani-pedi... It's almost overwhelming to care for myself after so long of feeling so unworthy... is this normal?
