Desperate to increase milk supply!!!
I feed baby on demand. He is 3 weeks now & I still haven't seen an increase in my milk supply. I pump after each feeding religiously. If I'm lucky enough I get 2.5 oz from my right breast while my left will only yield at most .5oz. Why the imbalance??! Baby has good latch. I've banned my husband from giving baby a paci & bottles.
I'm so desperate that I'm willing to try anything at this point. I just sent my husband out today to Costco to pickup old fashioned rolled oats, a pack of Guinness beer, fenugreek which I've read numerous forums online that all these worked to increase milk supply.
Anyone have tips/advice/secrets that they care to share. What am I doing wrong?
