Acnee!! Help!?

Okay, so 4th of July is tomorrow! and im gonna be with my boyfriend. Theres gonna be so many pictures being taken and I just recently got off my period and i have extreamly bad acne when im on my period. whos gonna wanna look at a picture and see acne everywhere...not me! Any remedies to get rid of them?😭😭Begging for help!!!!
