They do work. My boyfriend lives 160 miles away and I love him more than I've ever loved anyone before. Even though his mum says "it's not exactly what you'd call a 'normal' relationship" you really can't help who you fall in love with no matter how far away they live. I've been with my baby a year and we've only got the rest of our lives to spend with each other, because they do work.

I am a big believer in long distance relationships largely because I'm in one right now haha. We've been together for 2 years and still going strong! Communication and commitment are the key!

Who said that this was about dating?! I have a best friend who's parents were devorced, for elementary school and middle school he was here with his dad. But now he is with his mom 4 hours away. We are still best friends, and I have even made best friends with his girl friend even though I have only seen her once. I don't always see him, but we talk when we can, and are always there for each other.  He is my very best friend. So ya long distance relationships work, as long as both people want it.

I was in one for two years. He lived 600 miles away. It's a lot better for teens to be in a long distance relationship than someone at school because then if they break up they won't ever have to see them again but if you go to school with them and you end on bad terms... Well I think you get the gist.

I'm in an LDR with my love, Nick. You just have to have faith in your relationship, learn to trust each other, and make plans to see each other as soon as possible and as much as possible♡ we've been doing it for 6 months and I just moved to Colorado last month, even farther away from him. You really just have to believe that your love it real, and you can accomplish anything. Also, video chat as much as possible!!!!
