Assumptions😒😑
Why is it that just because I am big (280 lbs)that everyone assumes that I eat super poorly and don't exercise?! Yes, I admit, it could eat better and exercise more, but I do eat foods that are good for me and I do exercise. My doctor said I am healthy and said nothing about my weight. Yet everyone thinks I eat McDonalds and crap all the time, and that everything I eat is fried. When in reality, I hate McDonalds and am not a fan of fried foods. I will eat Wendys, but only here and there. I'd rather have a wheat subway sandwich loaded with veggies. I'm so sick of assumptions!! 😒
*** Thank you to the women that understand! I have not been tested for things like PCOS yet, but with my periods lately that's a great bet for me. And just so the women that don't agree know I DO NOT OVEREAT!!! This is exactly what this post was for. You're assuming. I come from a very large family. Not fat, wide set, heavy build, they are all large and are great at sports. Sports is what my families are known for in our small town. I am a snacker. I rarely eat a meal. I snack on Apple slices and oranges through most of the day. Stop assuming!
