Preterm Labor???? TMI pics

I'm 28 weeks, have been experiencing spotting (pictures below) followed by some mild cramping & contractions. Later last night while I was walking liquid felt like it was leaking in my underwear, when I went to check it was a clear liquid and filled quite a bit of my underwear and kinda seeped through my yoga pants. Then this morning I went to the hospital, did a urine sample, wiped and when I stood up the same clear liquid was running down both my legs. Idiotically I didn't mention it to the nurse... And now I'm concerned that the clear liquid may be my water leaking.. Could this be a sign of preterm labor, I'm going to my doctors asap but want opinions, advice, suggestions, relations. Any help.
