First trimester anxiety?!

I am now 4 weeks and 2 days and my anxiety levels are through the roof. It keeps me up at night and i feel like burning sensation on the back of neck constantly and all I can think about is getting out of the first trimester okay! 
I had a friend tell me to not get excited over my baby because i might miscarry and I recently quit smoking cigarettes cold turkey (i was smoking 10 a day before I found out) and I feel like it's so much for me right now. BTW I'm obviously not friends with that girl anymore. Lol but I feel like both of those combined is really putting my anxiety at an all time high! 
Does anyone have any tips or anything natural I can do to help control my anxiety? Because if it doesn't get any better I think I might start taking Prozac, but I want to try my hardest to stay off the meds. πŸ˜”
